ظل أطباء السودان رأس الرمح في نضال الشعب ضد الشموليات البائدة،
لا تعوزهم همة لمداواة جراح شعبهم، ولا يقعدهم عوز عن تطبيب آلامه، ولا يسكت
حناجرهم خوف عن هتافات الشوارع الثائرة، ولا يسكت صوتهم الواعي بمكامن الخلل
والداء رصاص، تمتد أياديهم يداً بيد مع بقية أبناء شعبهم "لتتش عين الضلام
بالضو".
دفعوا ضريبة هذه الثورة من دمائهم شهيداً، وجريحاً، وعرقاً مسالاً
في العيادات الميدانية وسط زخات الرصاص، لا يعمى عن هذه الحقائق إلا من تغطت
أعينهم بادعاءات وزارة صحة النظام البائد وأذيالها الساقطة لا محالة ومسرحياتها
الهزيلة لتبرير فشلها في إدارة المستشفيات وحفظ أمن مريضها وكادرها العامل، وغياب
أبسط المقومات لعلاج أرتال الجرحى والمصابين المتكدسين على أرض المستشفيات لا على
أسرتها، المعدومة أساساً.
حصرت لجنة أطباء السودان المركزية العديد من المستشفيات المتوقفة
كلياً أو جزئياً نتيجة لسياسة وزارة الصحة الممتدة منذ عقود والمتفاقمة بعد مجزرة
القيادة العامة الأخيرة مع العلم أن الأطباء لم يخلوا ساحات المستشفيات يوماً بل
تكاثف عددهم بعد المجزرة الدموية لتغطية طوارئ المستشفيات تلبيةً لنداء الوطن
والضمير، رغم التضييق والانتهاك الذي صاحب عملية وصولهم للمستشفيات من قبل مليشيات
الجنجويد وأذيالها، بل وانتهاك حرمتها والتعدي عليهم وعلى حرمة المريض.
كثفت لجنتكم جهودها واتصالاتها لإعادة تشغيل المستشفيات المتوقفة
عن العمل، وذلك لما تدركه من أهمية هذه المستشفيات ودورها الحيوي المرتبط بالحياة،
إلا أنها ارتطمت بعناد وعنجهية الوزارة والمجلس العسكري في عدم تعاونهم لتوفير
الأمان الضروري للمريض والكادر لانسياب العملية الصحية.
♦ تورد لكم لجنتكم عدداً من
المستشفيات الحيوية التي تحمل على عاتقها علاج آلاف المرضى وقد توقفت كلياً عن
العمل وأُغلقت أبوابها في وجه المرضى وهي:
- مستشفى أمدرمان التعليمي، والتي كان يرتادها (٨٠٠ مريض في
اليوم).
- مستشفى محمد الأمين حامد للأطفال-أمدرمان (٨٠٠ مريض في اليوم).
- مستشفى أمبدة-أمدرمان (٢٥٠ طفل مريض في اليوم).
- مستشفى البلك للأطفال-أمدرمان (٢٥٠ طفل مريض في اليوم).
- مستشفى النو-أمدرمان (٣٠٠ مريض في اليوم).
- مستشفى بحري (٦٠٠ مريض في اليوم).
- مستشفي بشائر-الخرطوم (٣٠٠ - ٧٠٠ مريض في اليوم).
- المستشفى التركي-الخرطوم (٢٧٠-٣٠٠ مريض في اليوم)
- مستشفى محمد الأمين حامد للأطفال-أمدرمان (٨٠٠ مريض في اليوم).
- مستشفى أمبدة-أمدرمان (٢٥٠ طفل مريض في اليوم).

- مستشفى إبراهيم مالك - الخرطوم (قسم الأطفال معدل ٦٥٠ طفل
يومياً / بقية الأقسام معدل ٧٠٠ مريض يومياً).
- مستشفى الأكاديمي-الخرطوم (٣٥٠ مريض يومياً غير تردد قسم الولادة).
- مستشفى الدايات-أمدرمان (معدل ٢٠٠ - ٢٥٠ مريضة) تقدم خدمات (الولادات الطبيعية ٥٨ - ٧٢ ولادة طبيعية يومياً)، ( الولادات القيصرية ٢٨ - ٤٢ عملية يومياً).
- مستشفى الأكاديمي-الخرطوم (٣٥٠ مريض يومياً غير تردد قسم الولادة).
- مستشفى الدايات-أمدرمان (معدل ٢٠٠ - ٢٥٠ مريضة) تقدم خدمات (الولادات الطبيعية ٥٨ - ٧٢ ولادة طبيعية يومياً)، ( الولادات القيصرية ٢٨ - ٤٢ عملية يومياً).
نقدم أمامكم هذه الإحصائية ( ٨ مستشفيات عامة أغلقت تماماً ، و ٣
أغلقت جزئياً)، مع الأرقام التقريبية لارتياد المرضى لهذه المؤسسات العظيمة لنعرف
فداحة الجرم الذي ترتكبه وزارة الصحة والأجهزة الأمنية بتعطيل العمل فيها، وزيادة
معاناة المرضى في إيجاد سبل العلاج والتداوي، مع العلم أن الأطباء لم يتوقفوا عن
العمل يوماً، ولم يعلنوا إضراباً أحادي الجانب، بل التزموا خط لجنة أطباء السودان
المركزية في إضرابهم عن الحالات الباردة. وهم إذ يواصلون اليوم إضرابهم وعصيانهم
المدني الشامل فهم يلتزمون بواجبهم المهني والأخلاقي في تغطية أقسام الطوارئ والحوادث،
والعناية المكثفة والوسيطة، والحضانات والولادات، ومراكز غسيل الكلى، والعمليات
الجراحية المستعجلة، بكل مستشفيات السودان، ولا نستثني منها المتوقفة عن العمل إذا
أزالت الوزارة العراقيل أمام سير العمل فيها.

((About hospital bets))
The doctors of Sudan remain the spearhead in the struggle of the people against
dictatorships. They do not lack the effort to heal the wounds of their people,
nor do they sit helpless in the treatment of their pain. Their voices are not
silenced by fear of bullets and do not silence their conscious voice. Hand by
hand with the people, "so that the darkness shall be lit."
They paid the price of this revolution by blood as wounded and martyrs in the
field clinics amidst the showers of bullets. Blind to these facts only those
whose eyes are covered by the allegations of the former regime's Ministry Of
Health and it's fallacies to justify it's failure in managing the hospitals,
maintaining the security of it's patients and staff and the absence of the simplest
elements to treat the injured patients on hospital’s grounds not beds, which
are basically lacking from hospitals.
Several hospitals according to our data have been suspended completely or
partially as a result of the Ministry of Health policy. This has been going for
decades but aggravated after the massacre of the 3rd of June to violations of
the hospitals' sanctity. Inspite of being targeted by Janjaweed Militia and
difficulties to access hospitals, doctors did not vacate hospitals, but
intensified their efforts to cover emergencies in response to the call of
nationalism and conscience.
The Committee has intensified it's efforts and contacts to restart the
hospitals that have been suspended due to the importance of these hospitals and
their vital role in patient's service, but they have been confronted by the
arrogance of the Ministry and the Military Council in their lack of cooperation
to provide the necessary safety for the patient and staff to streamline the
health process.
The Committee provides you with a number of vital hospitals that are
responsible for treating thousands of patients and has completely stopped
working and closed it's doors in the face of patients:
- Omdurman Teaching Hospital, which was frequented by (800 patients per day).
- Mohammed Al Ameen Hamid Hospital for
Children - Omdurman (800 patients per day).
- Ambeda-Omdurman Hospital (250 sick
children per day).
- Al-Balak Children's Hospital - Omdurman
(250 sick children per day).
- El Nou-Omdurman Hospital (300 patients
per day).
- Bahri Hospital (600 patients per day).
- Bachair Hospital - Khartoum (300 - 700
patients per day).
- Turkish Hospital - Khartoum (270-300
patients per day)
Also a number of partially closed hospitals:
- Ibrahim Malik Hospital - Khartoum (Children's Section: 650 children per day /
other sections: 700 patients per day).
- Academic Hospital - Khartoum (350
patients per day, other than the frequency of delivery department).
- Dayat-Omdurman Hospital (average 200-250
patients) provides services (natural deliveries 58-72 normal births per day),
(caesarean deliveries 28-42 daily).
We present you this statistic (8 public hospitals completely closed, 3
partially closed), with approximate numbers of patients to visit these great
institutions to know the enormity of the crime committed by the Ministry of
Health and the "so called" security services to disrupt the work, and
increase the suffering of patients in finding remedies and treatment. The
doctors did not stop working one day, did not declare a unilateral strike, but
committed themselves to the line of the Central Committee of Sudan Doctors in
their strike on cold cases. Today, as they continue their strike and their
total civil disobedience, they are committed to their professional and moral
duty to cover emergency and accident departments, intensive and intermediate
care, nurseries, deliveries, dialysis centers and emergency surgeries in all
hospitals in Sudan. Even the ones completely stopped if the Ministry would
provide access to them.
